Ange Di Filippo appointed as Chief Financial OfficerTuesday, January 30, 2007
Mr. C. F. (Bud) Roberts, President & CEO, is happy to announce the appointment of Mr. Ange Di Filippo to the position of Chief Financial Officer.
"Mr. Di Filippo is an experienced chartered accountant and business consultant. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto (1979) and became a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse in 1984. Mr. Di Filippo spent 12 years with Price Waterhouse, 4 of which were in their Milan, Italy office specializing in international corporate transactions. He has spent the last 10 years consulting for small and medium sized businesses under the name of ADF Consulting."
