As an accredited investor in Edenview Financial Inc., you are a unitholder in a
Limited Partnership.

The principal investment objective of the Partnership is to achieve superior returns by profiting from investment opportunities identified by the Partnership. In order to achieve this objective, the General Partner - Edenview Investment Inc., will undertake a variety of investment strategies to take advantage of profitable opportunities in the capital markets. These will include, but not be limited to: Blue Chip Stocks, Income Trusts, Fixed Income and Equities. The investments will remain highly liquid at all times and more than likely be spread out over no more than 24 individual investments.

Our focus is performance, therefore we make buying and selling decisions based on how we believe the investment is going to perform, not necessarily for the dividends it may pay today. In making our investment decisions, we follow one of two complementary investment approaches; the objective for both being growth:

Bottom-up approach: invest in companies that have secular growth strategies, distinct competitive advantages, accelerating fundamentals and capable management

Top-down approach: invest in best-positioned companies in established and emerging industries that have superior growth characteristics

All of our decisions are based on extensive research which is an integral part of the Edenview model, a model that is driven by our requirement for growth of capital.
